Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Prior to Dispatch

Customers may cancel an order free of charge before the vehicle is dispatched from our depot.

2. Damaged Bags / Discrepancies

Damaged cement bags will be replaced on the spot or deducted from payable bill amount.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are credited back within 3 to 5 business days.
